We are bringing back our ADVANCED LEADERSHIP session this summer. You may apply for the advanced leadership session if you are between the ages of 14 - 18, and if you have attended Circle A at least 1 time before. You may attend both Advanced Leadership and Session 3 if you desire - we will give an additional $100 off tuition if you decide to come to both. The program begins the evening of the day you arrive. Please schedule your arrival betwen 2:00 and 4:00 on that date. Check-in closes at 4:30, and camper orientation begins at 5:00 PM. If you are arriving by plane or bus, your transportation will be provided to and from the ranch. The program ends with a Western Roundup & Awards Presentation at 6:00 p.m. on the car departure day. Your family is invited to attend. You should schedule your departure that evening if by car, or the next morning if by plane or bus. Please do everything possible to abide by this schedule since the ranch closes at noon on the day of plane/bus departures and there is no staff available for supervision or airport transportation afternoon.

Early Bird Special: Applications received with payment in full before April 1st will receive $40.00 off tuition.

Bring a Friend Special: Tell a friend who attends a session and receive $20.00 to spend at the trading post.

	The program begins the evening of the day you arrive. Please schedule your arrival between 2:00 and 4:00 on that date. Check-in closes at 4:30, and camper orientation begins at 5:00 pm. If you are arriving by plane or bus, your transportation will be provided to and from the ranch. The program ends with a banquet and awards presentation at 6:00 on the car departure day. Your family is invited to attend at the cost of $5 per person. You should schedule your car departure that evening following the awards presentation. If you are leaving by plane or bus, your departure should be scheduled the next morning. Please do everything possible to abide by this schedule since the ranch closes at noon on the day of plane departures and there is no staff available for supervision or transportation after noon. Upon your acceptance, you will receive a travel form with more information regarding arrival and departure times, etc. Please avoid booking air travel until you are confirmed as accepted for the summer. You will also receive a packing list, health form, and other pertinent information. OUR PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP LEADERS FOR THE FUTURE. THEREFORE, WE MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF MORAL CONDUCT (i.e. tobacco, alcohol, and drugs are not allowed) WITHIN THE TOTAL PROGRAM. THANK YOU FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO CIRCLE A RANCH!
