I want to fly to Circle A. What airport should I fly to, and what transportation is available from the airport?

We will provide transportation from the Grand Rapids, MI airport (GRR). Once we receive and accept your application, we will send you a travel form which will have detailed information about what date and time to make your flight reservation.

Can I come to Circle A if I am from a different country?

Absolutely! We have many international campers that visit us each summer. The registration process is the same, just fill out the online application or download the pdf version. You will need to check with your country regarding any travel documentation (visa, passport, etc) that will be required.

Will I have fun at Circle A, or is it just an attitude camp?

Circle A, for many campers, is the best 2 weeks of their whole year. You will have the opportunity to learn a lot, but you will also have a ton of fun! All the activities we offer are available to you in an instructed and/or a free-choice setting. The friendships you make at Circle A will be some that you will treasure forever. It’s incredible!

Is there a dress code at Circle A?

Yes. We expect campers to dress respectfully and modestly. Ladies, please avoid bringing low-cut tops and extremely high shorts - also please bring a one-piece or tankini for swimming. We also ask that everyone refrain from bringing clothing that has crude or vulgar images or writing, as well as inappropriate media references.

How can I contact home from camp?

If there is an emergency, we will make arrangements for you to use either our phones or a cell phone that you brought with you to camp. Please be advised that cell phones will be collected upon arrival and will not be available to campers other than to call parents.  If your friends and family wish to contact you, they may send you mail, or they may email the camp we will print the email and deliver it to you.
