BRING A FRIEND SPECIAL: Bring a friend to a session and receive $20.00 to spend at the trading post.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Applications received with payment in full before April 1st, 2012 will receive a $40.00 discount.
RETURNING CAMPER SPECIAL: Applications with paid reservation deposit before Nov. 30th, 2011 will receive a $100.00 discount.

The program begins the evening of the day you arrive. Please schedule your arrival between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm on that date. Check-in closes at 4:30 pm, and camper orientation begins at 5:00 pm. If you are arriving by plane or bus, your transportation will be provided to and from the ranch. The program ends with a Western Roundup & Awards Presentation at 6:00 pm on the car departure day. Your family is invited to attend. You should schedule your departure that evening if by car, or the next morning if by plane or bus. Please do everything possible to abide by this schedule since the ranch closes at noon on the day of plane/bus departures and there is no staff available for supervision or airport transportation afternoon.
